We offer wine tastings and guided tours in various formats.
Book an exclusive wine talk, a treasury wine tasting, a wine seminar or simply come to our wine shop and taste a variety of our wines with our wine tasting assistant.

During the opening hours of our wine shop (daily 10 am - 6 pm), you can taste a variety of our wines at our wine tasting assistant.
OPEN TATSTING | Wine & Walk
Once a week, on thursday evenings, we offer an open wine tasting.
The tasting includes one sparkling wine and three still wines, as well as a guided tour of the estate and the production facilities.
Individual wine tastings for up to 80 people
Moderated wine tastings and wine talks in an exclusive atmosphere in our coal house, fireplace room or old wine press house. Also in combination with a snack or dinner. Book your wine tasting event for your travel group or as the conclusion of a conference. Presentations are also available in English.

our wine tasting assistent
In our vinotheque - the knypHAUS - our wine tasting assistant welcomes you daily from 10 am to 6 pm. After an explanation of the wines and their classification, you can enjoy your own personalised wine tasting. Of course, our team will also advise you, but you can also talk shop without us. For five euros you can try up to 10 sips - from simple estate wines to Auslese or sometimes a Trockenbeerenauslese or Eiswein, as well as older vintages, you have the chance to gain a deep insight into the diversity of our wines in a fun way.
Wine & Macarons
Discover the fascinating world of food pairing with us!
At Wine & Macarons, you'll enjoy an exclusive tasting experience with five unique flights.
Each flight features a carefully selected pairing of one wine and one macaron.
The wines come from our renowned VDP winery, Baron Knyphausen, and include both white and red varieties.
The handcrafted macarons are lovingly made by the Wiesbaden-based pâtisserie Seidenzucker.
Enjoy an extraordinary wine tasting and let your palate be enchanted by these harmonious combinations!

Wine & Cheese
Treat yourself to the exquisite world of aromas as Baron Knyphausen wines meet a variety of fine cheeses!
You’ll enjoy five tasting flights, each featuring a carefully selected cheese variety from Edelpilzkäse, the renowned cheese shop in Eltville, paired with a premium wine from the VDP winery Baron Knyphausen.
Edelpilzkäse sources its specialties from some of Europe’s finest cheesemakers, with great care given to the origin and quality of every product.
Experience the art of cheese and wine pairing in this exclusive tasting and indulge in an extraordinary flavor experience!

WINE TRAIL
The Knyp Wine Trail gives you the opportunity to explore the Erbach vineyards on your own.
We’ll provide you with the first waypoint, and once you’ve found it, you’ll discover where to go next. Along the way, you’ll learn more about our Erbach vineyard sites and the wines we craft from them.
To enhance the experience, you’ll receive four small wine tasting bottles—one for each of the vineyard stops—so you can sample as you go.
You can choose your route: either the full 10 km loop or a shorter 5 km version, depending on your preference.
If you return to the winery before 5:30 pm, you're welcome to enjoy more wines in our vinotheque—it's included in the price.
