In line with the EURO-Toques association, to which the head chef belongs, only fresh, regional ingredients are used, with no artificial flavors or additives. The knypHAUS embodies modern architecture, showcasing what the Knyphausen family and the Rheingau region have to offer. The menu introduces a new concept - Sharing Plates! Our concept focuses on vegetables - local and seasonal. Additionally, you can add meat or fish - where we place great emphasis on sourcing. After around 9 PM, enjoy cool bar beats and long drinks!
