The 1818 at knypHAUS on the Draiser Hof offers fine dishes in a modern industrial-style ambiance, paired with wines from the Baron Knyphausen winery.
Together with Daniel Nöller, the culinary director at Draiser Hof, the team at 1818 places emphasis on high-quality dishes, often incorporating produce from their own vegetable and herb garden. In line with the EURO-Toques association, to which the head chef belongs, only fresh, regional ingredients are used, with no artificial flavors or additives. The knypHAUS embodies modern architecture, showcasing what the Knyphausen family and the Rheingau region have to offer. The menu introduces a new concept - Sharing Plates! Our concept focuses on vegetables - local and seasonal. Additionally, you can add meat or fish - where we place great emphasis on sourcing. After around 9 PM, enjoy cool bar beats and long drinks!
