At the Kohlenhäuschen, we offer you an exclusive hot pot - the Mongolian fire pot. A very special fondue over an open flame with the most delicious ingredients!
KAMINZIMMER in the historic GUTSHAUS - X-MAS buffet or menu for up to 30 people
You can celebrate in the fireplace room in the historic GutsHAUS.

1818 Estate restaurant & wine bar - SHARING PLATES for up to 45 people
Our beautiful 1818 - Gutsrestaurant & Weinbar in the knypHAUS is of course not to be missed: here you can enjoy winterly "Sharing Plates" with your team. A multi-course table buffet in a class of its own!
KELTERHALLE - X-MAS buffet or menu for up to 120 people
Last but not least: our unique KelterHALLE. Your big team events or Christmas parties can take place here.Catering exclusively through us.

The Draiser "Wintervergnügen" will take place for the fourth time this winter!
From the 29.11.2024 until the 30.12.2024 we offer you winterly entertainment with a 100 square meter ice rink and a curling rink.
Skating on the ice rink is free of charge.
Like last year, there will be homemade mulled wine and, of course, various food offers. In addition to the winter classics, such as sausages and soup, we will happily offer you our Amazing Fries and waffles!
Our 1818 - estate restaurant & wine bar will also be open for our guests.
Rent a curling rink
Rent our curling rink with friends, family or colleagues. The game is designed for 8 players - but you have your own little tent next to it, so you can also come with more people! You can book the curling rink by the hour and enjoy an unforgettable experience at the Draiser Hof.
We only recommend using the curling rink from the age of 12.
Ice skating
Treat yourself or your children to a round on our GLICE synthetic ice rink. Children in particular will get their money's worth on the 100 m² ice rink. You can either bring your own skates or hire some from us for €2.00
Using the ice rink is free of charge.
Our hospitality offer
Our catering offer for 2024 will be announced soon.
However, you can look forward to the Christmas classics: hearty barbecues, loaded fries, freshly baked waffles and much more.
As in previous years, you can also look forward to the beloved hot pot in the coal house.
As a special highlight, we offer you a fondue in a traditional Mongolian pot in our coal house for up to 12 people in an exclusive setting. The Mongolian pot is coal-fired and the meat and side dishes are dipped into the fondue with a scoop.
A very special and unique experience. The coal house, a small house under the large lime tree in the estate park, is for your exclusive use. A fridge with wines and other drinks is at your disposal and billing is based on consumption.
