Marius Tepel - Hospitality Manager
Marius has been an indispensable part of our team for many years.
Together with his team, he manages all the gastronomy and numerous events at Draiser Hof. He is always ready to offer his expert knowledge to anyone in need.

Megan McKeever - stellv. Hospitality Managerin
Megan ist als Stellvertretung von Marius aus unserem Team kaum wegzudenken. Sie packt in der Gastro mit an, hält die Vinothek mit viel Herzblut am Laufen und hat bei Veranstaltungen auf dem Draiser Hof alles souverän im Griff. Und das Beste: Am Ende zählt für sie vor allem eins – dass unsere Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen.
Daniel Nöller - Chefkoch
Unser Chefkoch in dem 1818 - Gutsrestaurant & Weinbar. Durch seine Kreativität und besondere Liebe zum Detail kreiert Daniel mit seinem Team monatlich wechselnde Köstlichkeiten.
Nennenswert ist vor allem auch, dass er der einzige Euro-Toque Chef in der Umgebung ist.

Stefan Zwerschke - Verwaltung & Finanzen
Stefan ist der "Herr der Zahlen" -
mit seinem super guten Gespür für Zahlen, Administration und Verwaltungsangelegenheiten und seiner Vorliebe für Excel und Tabellen kümmert er sich um sämtliche reibungslose Abläufe im Hintergrund.
Für sein feines Gespür besonderer Anliegen ist er bei all unseren Kunden sehr geschätzt.

Max Kechel - Winemaker apprentice
We have a new apprentice! Since summer '22, we've had Max as a winemaker apprentice on our team. He came all the way from North Hesse to the beautiful Rheingau region to learn everything about vineyards, cellar work, and the winemaker's craft from Arne!

Martin Sohlbach - The man for all tasks
For over 20 years, Martin has been an integral part of our team. As the "jack-of-all-trades," he helps wherever we need him at Draiser Hof: in the vineyards, with all maintenance tasks, and any handyman needs - Martin makes it all happen.
Marius Iusan - Vineyard Co-Worker
Marius is Ellis's right-hand man, assisting with all matters in and around the vineyard! With his extensive experience in the wine industry across various countries, and his ability to speak 6 languages, he is a truly wonderful colleague to us!
Jana Schwarzer - Hospitality
You can find Jana at the 1818 estate restaurant and the Weinlounge 1141. With her friendly and reliable nature, she excellently serves our guests there. Jana has been a part of the #knypidreamteam for a while as a temp, and we are thrilled to have her onboard full-time this year, serving both us and our guests.
