Arne Wilken - Operations Manager & Head Winemaker
Our Technical Operations Manager & Cellar Master.
He is the genius behind our excellent wines.
We've been fortunate to have Arne with us at the winery for 13 years now - leading the wine department since 2016.
As a young cellar master, he has already produced 2 VDP Grand Crus - Chapeau!

Marius Tepel - Hospitality Manager
Marius has been an indispensable part of our team for many years.
Together with his team, he manages all the gastronomy and numerous events at Draiser Hof. He is always ready to offer his expert knowledge to anyone in need.

Daniel Nöller - Head Chef
Our head chef at the 1818 estate restaurant & winebar.
With his creativity and special attention to detail, Daniel and his team create monthly changing delicacies. It's noteworthy that he is also the only Euro-Toque chef in the area.

Ellis Illert - Vineyard Manager
Since January '22, we've had the pleasure of welcoming Ellis to our team. After studying in Geisenheim, he initially moved to Baden, where he gained extensive experience. With our expansion at the beginning of the year, he now has his hands full ensuring the best care for our 17 hectares of vineyards - and he will excel at it!

Stefan Zwerschke - Administration & Finance
Stefan is the "Master of Numbers" - with his exceptional sense for numbers, administration, and management matters, and his fondness for Excel and spreadsheets, he ensures smooth operations behind the scenes.
His keen sensitivity to special concerns makes him highly valued by all our customers.

Ayla Serbes - Head of Marketing & PR
Ayla joins our team as the Head of Marketing and PR.
She oversees our entire social media presence with her team, organizes all our marketing initiatives, and leads wine tastings and events. Always cheerful and with a glass of sparkling wine in hand, she is accessible to our guests at Draiser Hof.

Julia is our second Chef de Cuisine at 1818 estate restaurant & winebar. With her creativity, skill, and wonderfully warm personality, she is the perfect fit for this role! Julia is always reliable, and we are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated young chef on our team.
Youssef - Sous Chef
Youssef has been part of our #knypidreamteam for over a year now. With his incredibly friendly and calm demeanor, he is the best support at the 1818 estate restaurant & winebar. He brings creativity and craftsmanship - exactly what we need!
Chonticha Albrecht "CJ" - Breakfast & Conferences
CJ is our go-to person for breakfast and conferences. With her friendly and warm demeanor, she brings a smile to our guests' faces in the morning. We're glad she takes such good care of our breakfast and conference guests.
Martin Sohlbach - The man for all tasks
For over 20 years, Martin has been an integral part of our team. As the "jack-of-all-trades," he helps wherever we need him at Draiser Hof: in the vineyards, with all maintenance tasks, and any handyman needs - Martin makes it all happen.
Simion Bogdan "Nelu" - Caretaker and knypCHICK expert
We can always count on Nelu's help and dedication!
He handles all improvements at the gutsHOTEL or Draiser Hof - he also takes care of our beloved knypCHICKS - and recently, he's even become a rabbit whisperer ;)
Jana von Uffel - Student assistant
Jana is a working student in the Marketing & Sales department. She assists Ayla with our social media presence and is a tremendous asset during wine tastings and for our team overall. With her structured and charming approach, coupled with ample practical experience, she fits perfectly into our wine shop and marketing efforts.

Jeremias Haupt - Werkstudent
You can mostly find Jeremias in our wine shop. There, he is available with advice and assistance, offering our customers his expertise on wine. Additionally, he conducts many of our exclusive wine tastings on the estate with his open and humorous manner. We are delighted to have Jeremias as another great personality in our wine shop team.
Marius Iusan - Vineyard Co-Worker
Marius is Ellis's right-hand man, assisting with all matters in and around the vineyard! With his extensive experience in the wine industry across various countries, and his ability to speak 6 languages, he is a truly wonderful colleague to us!
Jessica Zander - Hospitality
Jessica is our new restaurant manager. With extensive experience and expertise, she oversees the 1818 estate restaurant & wine bar. She is at the forefront, ensuring that our guests have wonderful evenings at 1818. We are very pleased to have her and her warm personality on our team.
Jana Schwarzer - Hospitality
You can find Jana at the 1818 estate restaurant and the Weinlounge 1141. With her friendly and reliable nature, she excellently serves our guests there. Jana has been a part of the #knypidreamteam for a while as a temp, and we are thrilled to have her onboard full-time this year, serving both us and our guests.

Anton - Feel Good Manager
Anton charms every guest and especially every staff member with his smile. Therefore, it's only natural that he has been appointed as the FEEL GOOD MANAGER! After a few moments of play and affection, all the daily hustle and bustle is forgotten, and everyone is happy.
