These five attributes best represent our family business and our actions.

The Draiser Hof has been around since 1141 and has been in the possession of the Barons of Knyphausen since 1818. Although our estate and activities have diversified over the years, we remain a family-run business managing nearly 17 hectares of vineyards, a small boutique hotel, an event location, and a restaurant. We stand behind everything offered here at the Draiser Hof.

It is very important to us to preserve the old traditions while continually working in a modern and creative way. Just as our entire estate bridges the gap between modernity and tradition, it is essential for us to work in harmony with nature and create high-quality wines and products here on our estate.

From Nature to the Bottle

Our vines are carefully tended and managed throughout the year with many gentle practices to ensure we harvest the best grapes for you. Since 2021, we have been fully transitioning to organic wine production. Our quality has been represented by the VDP. Prädikatsweingüter eagle since 1972, marking our membership in this association.
